Are you looking for a high-intensity workout that targets all muscle groups? Well, look no further!


NixFit's Total Body Workout is a group training class that is truly a one of a kind experience. Workouts incorporate various techniques to keep your body moving and working during the entire 60-minute session.


No two sessions will be the same. You can expect to see tabata, circuit, cardio, weight training, and much more in just one class.

Class sizes are small, and each workout can be modified based on each person's fitness level!

These classes are designed to burn massive amounts of calories in the least amount of time Classes will encompass a wide variety of exercises that will keep you moving the entire time while increasing strength and endurance with zero rest time.

MEN'S 50/50 CLASSES

Statistics say that one out of every three older adults experience severe muscle loss.

Let's combat the stats together and build your strength back up. This class focuses on building a solid base of exercise knowledge while building strength and flexibility. Workouts are lower impact to avoid injury and muscle strain (don't go thinking you're getting off easy). Sign-up today to get the NixFit experience.
